Hi Nicholas,

I’m so happy to hear that you are loving Honest History! The Herbert and Wells comic is also my favorite part of each issue, and our lovely historian, Heidi, is to thank for both the writing and illustrating of the comic. Maybe you can make your own Herbert and Wells comic and send it to us to be featured on our website!

Thanks for writing in and I hope you enjoy our next issue!

Hi Hazel,

The interview with Brooktyn Blood in Issue 15 | A Native Story is also one of my favorite parts of that issue! I learned so much from that interview and had such an incredible time working with so many amazing Indigenous writers and illustrators.

Hi Allie,

What a great idea to do an issue on the American Revolution! We cover a few famous people from the American Revolution in Issue Six | A Secret Mission, but it would be really fun to have an entire issue dedicated to the brave Americans who fought for our country’s freedom.

Thanks for the suggestion and I hope you continue to enjoy our adventures through history.

Hi Max,

I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed the issue on Russia! That was such a fun issue to make, and I’m glad you were able to learn more about the Soviet Union. An issue about English royalty could certainly be really interesting! So many countries continue to have a monarchy, and it would be a lot of fun to learn about how life has changed for royal families over time.

Thanks for writing in and I hope you enjoy our next issue of Honest History!

Young Historians! Do you have any questions about our kids magazine? Is there a topic you want us to cover? Please send us a note (or drawing). It might appear on our next installment of We've Got Mail. And, as always, happy reading!
