These are our favorite to add into our homeschool curriculum. The stories are well written and my kids cannot get enough of them!

I am so excited to have this subscription in my classroom, sparking a love of history is important to me and this magazine does just that!

I am self-proclaimed history nerd. Some events are tricky to detail to a 7/8 year old, but honest history seems to take that burden off my back. I love how the details shared whether light or heavy in a way that is inspiring and informative. My daughter flys through each magazine as soon as they arrive, and then goes back to her favorites as she waits for more. She chooses these over books at bedtime, and in every issue I find a fun tidbit that I learn as well!

My children and I have been reading honest history for two years now. When we finish we pass the issues along to a retired history teacher. We love them. We’re all learning new things and they do a wonderful job of being honest about the not-so-great parts of history while still being age-appropriate.
