Love the freedom of choosing the topics you want. I even made a review of the magazine in my history teacher Fb page: Cabinets of Arts & History.
The magazines are informative, fun and beautiful. The language is easy. I’m can even read them to my 5 year old. He likes the comics at the end and the science articles.
I found the bundle pricing a good value. It makes the texts more accessible. In my opinion, these books should be available in every 5th grade classroom across the U. S.
My teenage son and I are a little out of the age range for these, but we absolutely love them.
We’ve enjoyed these issues so much - the entire layout if each one is visually appealing, and informative. They’re perfect for anyone who loves to learn about history!!
I got the Native Story, American Glitter, and Special Delivery magazines. My kids chose to start with the native story magazine. The artwork is beautiful and thought provoking, and if the magazine is true, made by indigenous artists. The stories and information are true to the history represented without being traumatic for younger kids. We're really loving it.
